Homemate does not own or rent out properties and acts solely as a service provider assisting clients in their housing search.
3. No Guarantee of Housing
While Homemate makes every effort to help clients find suitable accommodation, we cannot guarantee that a rental property will be secured.
The availability of housing depends on market conditions, landlord decisions and client eligibility.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
Clients are responsible for:
- providing correct personal information
- responding to housing opportunities in a timely manner
- meeting the requirements set by landlords or property owners
5. Fees and Payments
Fees for Homemate services will be clearly communicated before any agreement is made.
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms. Services may begin only after payment has been received when applicable.
6. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their request for services at any time by notifying Homemate.
Depending on the stage of the service, fees already paid may not be refundable.
7. Liability
Homemate is not responsible for:
- decisions made by landlords or property owners
- the condition of rental properties
- agreements between tenants and landlords
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
8. Third Parties
Homemate may introduce clients to landlords, agencies or service providers. Homemate is not responsible for the services or actions of these third parties.
9. Website Use
All content on the Homemate website is provided for informational purposes only.
Users may not copy, distribute or use website content without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
